The flu season is about to hit us smack in the face. Have you prepared yourself and your family?
Washing your hands is most important considering your hands are the carrier for many infectious agents (germs). The next time you go into a store, are out in public, or at any event, observe how many people cough or sneeze into their hands, then put their hands on something, that someone else will be touching. This is how infections are spread. This is why many grocery stores have wipes for carts. Just take a second and think how many people cough and sneeze on the handles of carts, or how many children cough on the handles.
